Our founder and co-ordinator, Miss Joy Seddon, has previously worked
with the HOST organisation for many years. She travels frequently to
different countries and is thus very experienced in dealing with
international students.
Another voluntary co-ordinator is Mrs Bridget Thompson, who used to
work in British Council, London with a special interest in Chinese
students. She plays a great role in assisting us to co-ordinate WISC
activities in Ely and surrounding villages.
We have arranged visits for more than 200 students since we started
WISC in October 2000, and would like to extend the welcome to even
more.
